What do you get when you have three gorgeous children, perfect golden light, and a very neat park in the middle of downtown Riverhead? A perfect session!
Grangebel park had an interesting history, if you’ve never had a chance to take a walk through there, you’re definitely missing out! According to this article in Riverhead Local, the founder of the park, Timothy Griffing, named it after his three daughters, Grace, Angeline and Mabel! How sweet is that?! Its at the head of Peconic River, has some really cool artistic touches, architectural elements and very pretty views. Definitely check it out! It was a great place to let these kids run around and be kids. Who doesn’t want to play in a cool old boat?
I’d love to hear what little spots in our local east end towns you enjoy visiting!
